HOW TO: Use our Credits System

With the new Snuggle Partners platform comes the credit feature which enables you to buy credits in advance to enable your orders to be processed through to us automatically when they are pulled in via our Shopify App or pushed in via the API Integration.

How do you buy credits?

To add credits to your account, login to your account and then go to the sales page (left hand menu within your account) where the form to add credits is then at the top of the screen.

How do I get my orders to be paid using my credits automatically?

To ensure your orders a paid for automatically - please ensure you check the box on the sales page stating "I approve payment will be deducted from my credits automati­cally when order received from external system"*.

* Please note that this will apply to new orders, if you have orders waiting to be paid for you will need to either pay for these manually with your credits or using Paypal or Stripe.
